Mission & History

A practice purchase is a big deal - it's the culmination of years spent preparing for this this exact moment in academia and associateship. A monumental step towards practicing dentistry the way you know is best and assuming real ownership of your career.
It's also a uniquely significant financial move - it's likely one of the largest purchases you'll make in your life and unlike a house or a car, this purchase is the engine of your professional career, a major part of your retirement plan, and the vehicle for your legacy.
While you might only purchase a practice once or twice in your life, we work on acquisitions and real estate purchases every day and have the track record to prove it.
In our opinion, it's worth hiring expert guidance to make sure your transition is successful and free from unnecessary stress, risk, and friction.
Our goal is simple - ensure your success in the ownership journey by providing you with guidance and structure when you need it most.
Practice ownership is good for doctors, good for patients, and good for communities - we want to help create more owners.

Why Become an Owner?
Increase Your Income
The average practice owner makes roughly $50k-150k MORE per year than the average associate depending on specialty. Invested and compounded over a 30 year career (based on historical market performance), that could be millions of extra dollars for your household. You deserve this.
Design Your Culture
From your hiring decisions and values to your office design and clinical approach, you get to decide exactly how your practice looks and feels - to patients and colleagues both.
Control Your Time
Complete operational control of your practice means you will be the one deciding how and when to work - take advantage of the efficiency and agility of independence.
