Our pricing model is simple and we only accept a few clients at a time in order to deliver undivided attention and drive outstanding results. Additionally we only accept clients we feel are a fit for our program following our initial free consultation.

Flexible Payments
Our program is financeable and reimbursable through your practice acquisition loan (we'll help you with this step).
We've structured our fee specifically to reduce out of pocket expenses during the search phase with only 1/2 due at signing and the remainder paid upon sale optionally closing using loan proceeds.
Success-based Pricing
If we don't purchase a practice within 12 months or you change your mind about ownership, you pay only your initial search retainer fee.
Should you deside later to work with us again, we'll refund this fee entirely upon successful acquisition.

Beyond the primary goal of successful acquisition, we'll quantifiably help you save on expenses and improve revenue throughout our process. We'll walk you through each of these numbers.
We're so certain of our measurable value, we offer a money back guarantee that our Practice Buyer Representation service will pay for itself upon closed acquisition.
* The Practice Concierge money back guarantee applies only to Practice Buyer Representation program services that result in a practice acquisition. The initial Practice Buyer Representation deposit is non-refundable in the event an acquisition does not take place but can be credited towards a future Practice Buyer Representation fee upon acquisition closing. Off-Market Practice Search services are not covered by a guarantee - results are variable and Practice Concierge makes no promise of Off-Market Practice Search performance or outcome.

We specialize in finding and securing off-market sales and have a number of techniques at our disposal. Cost and method depends on breadth of search and is extablished on a case by case basis.

This is the optional part two of our full service Buyer program. Monthly check in sessions in addition to 24/7 on call support through your first year of ownership.
